Export your data
Your posts are yours. You can take all of them, and everything else a project holds, at any time, in a format any program can read.
Download it
Open Database & storage in the project and download the export. Or ask for it over the API, with a session that may read integrations:
| Method | Path | What it does | Auth |
|---|---|---|---|
| GET | /v1/projects/{projectId}/database/export | Everything the project stores, as NDJSON | Session |
The format
NDJSON: one JSON record per line. Read it line by line, so even a large export never has to fit in memory:
js
import { createReadStream } from 'node:fs'
import { createInterface } from 'node:readline'
for await (const line of createInterface({ input: createReadStream('export.ndjson') })) {
const record = JSON.parse(line)
// Each record says what it is: a post, a category, a tag…
}Keep a live copy instead
If you want your content in your own database all the time, not as a download, connect one: Your own database.
