Can I start free?
Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no card. You get one website, 35 posts, two members and 30 AI credits a month. When you upgrade, checkout is secure and your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What does an AI credit buy?
Each draft you get from Write with AI costs 10 credits, whether you publish it or not. Writing it again is another draft. A draft that fails costs nothing.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits do not carry over to the next month. Credits you buy in a pack never expire, and they are used only after your monthly credits run out.
What happens past my request allowance?
Published posts are slowed rather than stopped, to about two requests a second. Your blog stays online. Upgrade or add a request tier in Custom if you hit the allowance often.
What if I downgrade or miss a payment?
A paid period that has ended keeps its plan for 7 more days. After that the account moves to Free. Downgrading never deletes anything, and content you created stays readable on any plan.
When should I pick Custom over Team?
When Starter and Team do not fit: more websites, seats, requests or storage than Team, or your own database and bucket. Custom is billed monthly and has the same SEO, autopilot and research limits as Starter.
Who counts as a member?
Everyone who can sign in to the workspace. The owner counts as a seat, and so does each invitation waiting to be accepted.
Do prices include tax?
Checkout shows your local currency and any tax before you pay. Your dashboard confirms the exact price before checkout.
