Blog layout

Blog layout sets the background and text colour (or Use the theme’s), the shape of cover images, posts per row, and posts per page (6 to 50).

Switch these parts on or off:

  • Heading and Category menu
  • Search
  • Share links: X, LinkedIn, Facebook, email and copy link
  • Share a quote: readers select a sentence and share it on X
  • Reading progress: a thin bar that fills as the reader scrolls

Card and post fields

Tick which fields show on post cards and on the post page. The fields are image, category, title, excerpt, date, reading time, author, tags, author box and table of contents. The title always shows.

Your own words

You can change these labels: All posts, More posts, Keep reading, Older posts, Newer posts, On this page, Summary, FAQ, Tags, Comments, Search, the search box hint, No results and Share. Use them to write the blog in your voice or in another language.

Custom CSS goes live on every page of your hosted blog. Test it on a few posts first.
