Add a blog to a Carrd site
Carrd sites are one page, which suits a short list of your latest posts and a link to the full blog. About five minutes.
Before you start
- A Carrd site. Its Embed element is part of Carrd's paid Pro plans
- Your blog name from Connect website in the dashboard
Add the embed
Add an Embed element
In the Carrd editor add an Embed element and set its type to Code.
Paste the snippet
Paste the two lines and save.

Embeds run on the published site, not always in the editor preview.
No Pro plan? Use a button
Add a button labelled Blog that links to your free blog link, https://cmskite.com/b/your-blog. Every post there has its own page, title and description, and it ranks on its own.
Check that it works
- Publish a short test post in the dashboard
- Open your Carrd site in a private window and reload. The post should be in the list within a minute
- Open the post. Its address should be your site's, not cmskite.com
- Delete or unpublish the test post when you are done
If something is wrong
