Images and alt text
A post can have a banner, images in its body and a separate image for share previews. Every image should have alt text.
Alt text
Alt text is read aloud by screen readers, shown if the image fails to load, and read by Google Images. Describe what the image shows, in one sentence:
| Weak | Better |
|---|---|
| image1 | A laptop on a desk showing the analytics dashboard |
| chart | Bar chart: visits doubled between March and June |
The SEO report counts images without alt text. On a paid plan Fix with AI suggests alt text for each one, which you accept or change.
Where images are kept
Uploads go to the project's media library. Your site gets each image's address with the post. Over the API: Media.

The social image
Shown when the post is shared on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Slack or X. By default it is the banner. Upload a different one in the Image tab, or point to an image that is already online. 1200×630 looks right in most previews.
