Writing with AI

Type what a post is about and you get a full draft in the editor: a title, headings, short sections and a search title and description. You read it, change it and publish it. Nothing goes live on its own.

How it works

  1. Give it a topic

Open Write with AI and say what the post is about in a sentence, e.g. “How to choose running shoes for flat feet”. No idea yet? Give me topic ideas suggests some for your blog.

  2. Choose how it reads

Optionally add keywords people search for. Pick a tone (friendly, professional or expert), a length (short, medium or long) and a language.

  3. Write my draft

It takes about half a minute. The draft is saved to your posts and opens in the editor.

  4. Edit and publish

Read it as you would anything written for you. Fix facts, add your own experience, then press Publish.

Languages

Drafts can be written in English, Português (Brasil), Español (for Latin America), हिंदी (Hindi in Devanagari) or Hinglish (Hindi written in Latin letters, mixed with English, the way many people text). Pick one per draft; it starts on the language your dashboard is in.

The AI writing brief

The brief is a few lines about your business that every draft follows: who you are, who you write for, how you sound, facts the AI may use, and anything to avoid. Write it once in Website settings → AI writing brief. Drafts also link to up to three of your published posts on the same subject.

Example brief · text
We are Sunrise Bakery, a family bakery in Pune since 2009.
Readers: home bakers and people who order cakes for parties.
Voice: warm, simple words, a little playful. Short paragraphs.
Facts we can mention: eggless options, delivery across Pune, orders on WhatsApp.
Never: give medical advice, or promise delivery times.

Placeholders in a draft

A draft can contain placeholders in square brackets for things only you know. Without a brief, a draft ends with one such as [Add your call-to-action here], because the AI does not know what you want readers to do next.

How AI posts are counted

  • Each draft from Write my draft is one AI post, whether you publish it or not.
  • Writing a draft again for the same topic is another draft, so another AI post.
  • A draft that fails is not counted, and the page tells you so.
  • Give me topic ideas is free.
  • The free plan includes 3 AI posts a month; paid plans include 30. The Write with AI page shows how many you have left.
  • They are counted per account, by calendar month in UTC, and reset on the 1st. Unused ones do not roll over.
